Due to the good reception of the Vivienda+Fácil de Masa Plan, we are extending the deadline for one more month, until 30 June. The plan, which was launched on the 1st of May, has made access to a new home easier and more flexible for dozens of customers, and that is why we have decided to thank them for their interest by extending it for another month.
In order to reinforce our commitment to our customers, we have adapted new solutions so that they can benefit from a series of advantages when purchasing a home from MASA.
1. Reservation period without obligation
We maintain during the month of May the period of reservations without obligation. In other words, all customers who formalise the reservation of a new-build property have the option of cancelling it free of charge before 30 June.
2. Payment flexibility
We have made the usual payment methods more flexible through individual studies of each client. We aim to provide new solutions to the new economic scenario.
We have reduced the minimum delivery quantities by 15%.
We have extended the period between payments of intermediate quantities.
We have made available to our customers a financial advisory service, completely free of charge.
3. Free electrical appliances
We have included free electrical appliances in all our new homes after reaching an agreement with the New Pol brand of electrical appliances.
The package of electrical appliances consists of a fridge-freezer with no frost A+ range, a dishwasher with 5 washing programmes, a washing machine with a capacity of 5 kilos, an oven with 5 programmes, an induction hob, a decorative extractor hood and a heating device with a renewable energy system consisting of aerothermal energy with greater energy efficiency.
4. Personalisation of the home without extra costs
We have eliminated the extra costs involved in removing or modifying elements in the original technical plans, which means that customers can design their home at no extra cost.
Our sales teams will continue to offer technical and financial advice both online and in person, providing advice to interested customers.
We continue to attend to previously arranged consultations by APPOINTMENT in order to guarantee the safety of both professionals and customers visiting our sales offices and show flats.
