Masa will be present once more at the main sector trade fairs.
In less than a month, two of the most events of the National and British calendar will take place in Madrid (SIMA) and London (A Place In The Sun Live) where we will present our gorgeous houses and apartments.
SIMA
Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (Sima) 2016 will be held from 5th to the 8th of May at the IFEMA exhibition site, Hall 7.
Among the new features, this Exhibition will include SIMApro (5th and 6th of May) where Companies & Sector Professionals will have an exclusive access to a thematic area.
For the general public, the Hall 7 will be open from 6th to 8th of May. SIMA offers attendees a range of parallel activities that complement the offer as well as real estate conferences, forums, or networking activities.

A PLACE IN THE SUN LIVE
The event will be held from 6th to the 8th of May at the Olympia Exhibition Center and is considered as the biggest trade fair focused on the second home market in Europe. The number of visitors exceeds expectations; more than 6.000 people each trade show.
In its 2015 Exhibition there was a total of 156 international exhibitors.
During the weekend, there are some activities organized such as: Legal advice, currency exchange advice, informative talks that will help you to acquire your second home.

The nternational presence of Masa in 2016
The presence at international and national trade fairs has increased considerably in 2016.
Masa have taken part in the most important European events: “Second Home International” that has taken place in Ghent (Belgium) and Utrecht (Netherlands). Also last March we were in Manchester “A Place In The Sun Live”.
We will close this first semester of the year to be present in “A Place In The Sun Live” again, an exhibition well considered as the most important British trade fair throughout UK.
