Masa has begun the delivery of the last of the 4 phases of the VISION housing development in Monte y Mar urbanization, located in Gran Alacant. The beginning of the new year has coincided with the first deliveries of keys, which will conclude during the current year 2020, ending the residential project with the largest number of houses that the company has promoted in recent years, adding a total of 120 houses delivered since 2017.
The developer will deliver this year a total of 33 houses of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, adapted in each case to the needs of the owners requested when formalizing the sales contract. Thus, although the exterior of the duplex are exactly identical, the interior of each of them is totally different. Vision has different varieties featuring one, two or three bedrooms A + A, A + B, A + C, B + B or B + B, with different layouts all of them.
These houses went on sale in 2017 and currently are all sold. Recently a new residential project has been announced with another featuring the VISION model, scheduled for completion in 15-18 months and whose works have already begun.
With the construction of this new urbanization, the developer has consolidated his position as the company with the largest number of houses built in Gran Alacant area since the beginning of the recovery of the real estate sector, having built a total of more than 500 houses since 2016 .
