Among our built homes, AURORA is a terraced model of new construction of Mediterranean style. It is built in blocks of semi-detached bungalows, with parking area on surface paved in printed concrete.
Currently, there is only one model house available, AURORA PLUS with a diaphanous finished basement and solarium, in an approximate period of 8-10 months of construction.
AURORA is characterized for being a house in three heights. The distribution is according to the type of construction.
On the ground floor is the hall, next to a large arch that leads to the living room, where you can see the kitchen, semi-independent, which has an interior courtyard.There is a bathroom on the ground floor too.
The stairs give way to the diaphanous finished basement of 32m2, a useful space to expand the house. Then, the same stairs in an upward direction lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms have great light, spacious closets and the master bedroom has access to a balcony with terrace.
On the top floor, there is the solarium, a diaphanous area where you can enjoy the warm weather of Gran Alacant and spectacular views.
The AURORA PLUS model has been a star product since the beginning of its construction, due to its great claim for the proximity to all services available in Gran Alacant, and only 2.3km from the beaches of Arenales del Sol and Carabassí, among others.
