After taking part in the previous editions at the Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid, once again, we confirmed our attendance as exhibitors in a year full of news in the real estate sector.
The SIMA edition will take place from May 29 to June 2, 2019 at IFEMA, where the main promoters nationwide will present the new offers to the market.
According to data communicated by the organizer, Planner Exhibition, the exhibition is expected to reach the 15,000 m2, an area almost 10% larger than the previous edition, of which approximately 80% has been commercialized.
Currently, we have confirmed the attendance of 78 exhibitors, of which 51% are developers and one third service companies.
In 2019, the SIMA organization will continue betting on reinforcing its advisory services and added value to visitors, with the dual objective of improving their visiting experience and contributing to the fair being perceived as a safe, reliable and fun environment.
From MASA we bet for the participation in exhibitions of the real estate in the national sector, where we have a direct link with the visitors and thus to be able to inform about newly built houses made with first quality materials, in an area to live throughout the year due to the great services it has and just 2km from the beach.
