The real estate sector is looking up in the latest economic analyzes and in investment real estate of holiday housing that has revived, especially with the foreign public.
With a strong objective in getting to know the international market and offering the latest developments in the construction market on the Costa Blanca, we will once again attend the main international real estate fairs. On this occasion, our marketing agents and part of the commercial team of MASA will be present in the next editions of the SECOND HOME fair in Utrecht on 6, 7 and 8 October 2017 and in the next edition of BUYING PROPERTIES ABROAD in Helsinki, during the days 11 and 12 of November of 2017.
SECOND HOME has confirmed more than 150 exhibitors, highlighting the preferences of the Dutch public; vacation homes in countries with warm weather. BUYING PROPERTIES ABROAD is aimed at a well-informed Nordic public interested in acquiring new homes, therefore expanding its exhibitors to various countries, such as Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Thailand, Montenegro and Northern Cyprus. Both fairs are expected to increase the numbers positively regarding the purchase of second homes abroad as real estate investment.
The participation of the MASA agents in both fairs is fundamental to building relations with the public, obtaining the latest updates and the sampling of our product closely, offering the fairs attendees the opportunity to get to know the Costa Blanca.
