A new edition of the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition has come to an end. During the days of SIMA, it has been confirmed how the current market changes are influencing the housing model and the great commitment to efficient and technological construction.
According to SIMA sources, in this edition there has been a clearly defined trend towards the registration of applications for single-family homes, a fact that is corroborated in the visit as exhibitors. Compared to other editions, there has been a high demand for homes with private plots, semi-detached and with garden areas, such as the Linda model.
Throughout the weekend there was a large number of visitors, according to Planner Exhibitions’ estimates, more than 12,500 people visited the Real Estate Show at IFEMA. There were more than 15,000 residential properties on offer, 15% of which were in Alicante, the second most important province in terms of demand for investment or second homes.
Once again, the MASA team would like to thank the great organisation of Planner Exhibitions during the May edition, without a doubt, it has been an event in which there has been no lack of learning through the conferences in #SIMAProptech, #SIMAPro and #SIMAcademy.
