Last weekend we were at SIMA, Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition, edition Fall 2016. The fair was a great success, with over 100 exhibitors and marketing of more than 8,000 homes for sale.
MASA, went to the appointment with new construction houses in Alicante. The new real estate proyect, Solero HIlls, duplex with spectacular sea views also presented exclusively. This promotion will begin construction in 2017.
During the weekend, we had the opportunity to make known our houses and apartments near the beach, and, of course, we have received visits from our customers from Madrid, collaborating agents and industry professionals.
The success of the fair is another indicator of the recovery of domestic demand and sector data that we close our presence at fairs and exhibitions during the year 2016.
