The most important real estate exhibition, SIMA Autumn Madrid, will be held from October 25 to 27 in Hall 1 of the Madrid Fair. For this edition, it includes a series of novelties aimed at both the general public and professionals of the sector.
Among the news for this season, “SIMA Academy” is included. It features informative presentations focused on the purchase of a house. This initiative has already been launched at SIMA Spring, but it will be its first time at SIMA Autumn.
As part of the new project, the meeting “The United Nations SDGs and their impact on the real estate business” will be held on October 25. It will be focus on the real estate business, whose target will be to introduce the importance of the fulfillment of the SDGs for real estate companies and the impact of the SDGs on international real estate investment and on the financing of residential projects.
In addition, "SIMA advises", a space of "consultation in which experts from different fields answer questions raised by visitors, on issues related to the sale or rental.
At the moment, 85% of the available space is contracted. Likewise, SIMA Autumn has already confirmed the presence of 61 exhibitors, among which MASA is located, in stand number C3-001-, of which 80% belong to developers.
After the success of the last edition of SIMA Spring, about 19,800 people attended during the weekend. A total of 30,000 houses were put up for sale, highlighting that 1 out of 3 houses offered were located on the coast. The top five sales locations were Madrid, Alicante, Malaga, Guadalajara and the Balearic Islands.
Everything indicates that the SIMA Autumn edition will have a great reception by the public of the center of Spain and its surroundings, regular attendants to this real estate event.
