Once again, we chose SIMA as compulsory assistance for being the most representative real estate show in Spain. There we will present our developments of new construction, located very close to the beaches of Arenales del Sol and Carabassí in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola.
As a novelty in this edition on the eve of summer, SIMA proposes to focus on the consumer and focus the real estate sector from an information point. It is an interesting way to approach promoters and clients, helping to make an important decision such as the purchase of a new building.
During the purchase process many doubts could arise. Therefore, SIMA organization considers that these activities like SIMA Academy, SIMALAB and SIMA advisor will help to ease situation of curiosity and misinformation, facilitating to the visitors the knowledge and essential resources so that they can properly assess every issue that can happen in the purchase of a home.
What are the programs activities about?
• SIMA Academy: program of informative talks focused on the basic topics related to the sale and rental of a home.
• SIMALAB: Through simple experiments, you can check the latest implementations of sustainable criteria in housing construction.
• SIMA advisor: Registers, notaries, architects or property managers, among other professional groups, will offer personalized advice.
MASA will be present in the stand F3-005 of Hall 10 as in previous editions, presenting holiday houses with different characteristics, from duplex houses in two heights –VISION-, bungalows with finished basement and solarium terrace, –AURORA-, houses on one floor to choose between ground floor with plot or first floor with solarium, –GALA– and single-family villas.
