What you need to know?
DATE – The 20th edition of SIMA will be held from May 31 to June 3, 2018.
SCHEDULE – Opening hours for May 31, June 1 and 2 are from 11am to 8pm. On June 3 will open its doors from 11am to 3pm.
PLACE – At the Feria de Madrid, IFEMA in Hall 10. The stand of MASA is F4-006.
What is our offer at SIMA?
At SIMA you can find an exclusive discount for attending the stand F4-006, where you can see all the characteristics of the new construction developments built in Monte y Mar, from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
You can see the new turn that has taken the construction of our homes GALA, attic with solarium, with 2 or 3 bedrooms and communal areas with swimming pool and green areas. Last turnkey homes, and latest customizable villas in Monte y Mar.
If the reservation of a home is made during the days of the event, by paying the amount of € 1,000 as a reservation, a discount of € 10,000 on the final price of the home is obtained directly.
In case you prefer to wait a few days without making the reservation payment, you will get € 5,000 discount on the final price of the house. The reservation will remain for 30 days after SIMA, going to our sales offices in Madrid or Alicante.
