Since a few days ago and coinciding with the phases of de-escalation approved by the Government our sales offices in Gran Alacant have been open to the public by appointment for the provision of real estate services. Our opening hours are reduced from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.30 and from 16.00 to 18.00 hours.
Appointments are essential
We only attend to clients who have made an appointment by telephone or e-mail.
We only attend to one client per estate agent in the sales office.
All employees are equipped with PPE and hydroalcoholic hand cleaning gels.
We have incorporated protection and hygiene measures for customers who come to our Sales Offices.
Waiting areas have been moved outside the sales office, in the outside gardens.
Physical separation and use of screens to ensure distance between people.
Preferential opening hours for the over 65s.
In parallel to the opening of the offices, our sales teams continue to work telematically, providing advice to all customers who request it.
