We have just finished a new edition of SIMA, after a busy weekend at the Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid. MASA commercial team is already back with very good feelings.

This weekend, from October 25 to 27, the most important national event in the real estate sector will take place, MASA will be at stand C3-001 of Hall 1 of IFEMA.

The last weekend of October will take place the new edition of the Real Estate Exhibition of Madrid, where MASA will be present at stand C3-001 of Hall 1, with housing offer just 2 kilometers from the most characteristic beaches of Alicante.

The most important real estate exhibition, SIMA Autumn Madrid, will be held from October 25 to 27 in Hall 1 of the Madrid Fair. For this edition, it includes a series of novelties aimed at both the general public and professionals of the sector.

It is said that every house matches the personality of his owners, it is a saying that could be taken as an example for our  houses. We had the opportunity to get access to  the interior of the VISION model AB, where his Chilean owners and who have lived many years in Sweden,  wanted to open the doors of their house for us.

As every year, we take stock of the characteristic events of the real estate sector and the national and international exhibition that we cannot miss. Among them, one more time we will be present at the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition in its autumn version.

The promotion "Summer days" that began with the arrival of summer in the offices of MASA, continues during the months of July and August and … is there any batter way to celebrate it that by booking your house on the beach?

The longed awaited summer has already arrived, and we want you to keep a good memory of it. For this reason, throughout this summer, we will carry out different promotions with limited period of time when making a reservation for a new house at Monte Mar urbanization, in Gran Alacant.

Due to the rise in temperatures in the coming days, as the media advances, -the first heat wave this summer-, it is important to know the preventive measures to avoid a heat stroke.

The edition of SIMA May 2019 has been closed with a high level of participation of exhibitors. Pleasant satisfaction from MASA and very grateful to the entire network of collaborating agents, visitors and customers who have come over the weekend to visit us at the Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid.

This weekend will have the most relevant event at national level of the real estate sector, MASA will be in the stand F3-005 of pavilion 1 of IFEMA.

As we have been publishing for a few weeks, the most important meeting of the real estate sector nationwide will be held in Madrid. Once more, part of the MASA team will be transferred to the Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid, during the weekend of May 30 to June 2.

In the urbanization Monte y Mar there is a diversity of styles of housing, from single-family villas, through apartments on one floor or the case of Vision, town houses in two heights.

This model is particularly the one that offers more flexibility when it comes to personalizing the rooms.

Once again, we chose SIMA as compulsory assistance for being the most representative real estate show in Spain. There we will present our developments of new construction, located very close to the beaches of Arenales del Sol and Carabassí in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola.
