As we told you on our lost blog, this year we will assist into the International Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid, the most relevant exhibition nationally, that will take place next weekend in IFEMA from 25 to 28 May.
During the Exhibition, all clients interested in acquiring a new build property in the South of the Costa Blanca will be able to get information in our Stand 10F96, where our Team will help you.
In this first edition of the year we offer exclusives discounts, only if you make the reservation in the Exhibition.
What does this discount consist?
If you make the reservation of one of our properties, and you pay 1.000€ in that moment, 10.000€ discount will be applied over the final price of housing.
For those who are still thinking about it, you can make the reservation without making any payment “in situ”, so 5.000€ discount will be applied over the final price of housing. In this case, we will hold the reservation during the first 30 days after SIMA.
The tenders shall be made only during the days of the Real Estate Exhibition in IFEMA, if you visit our Masa stand 10F96. This year, as a new element, you may request an appointment to avoid queues.
